Broiled Red Fish Lafitte

  1. Season red fish on both sides and lightly flour.
  2. Broil in butter and pour lemon juice on fish when done; keep warm.
  3. Place butter in saucepan.
  4. Add flour and stir until light brown.
  5. Add crawfish, lobster base and water.
  6. Bring to a boil, then add all other ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve seafood mixture over fish.
