Homemade Seafood Nachos Recipe
- 1 pkg. Tostitos
- 1/2 pound imitation seafood
- 8 ounce. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 ounce. pkg. cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 pound bay shrimp
- Lowfat sour cream
- Salsa
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- On large cookie sheet lay out Tostitos.
- Add in imitation seafood on top (shredded).
- Add in bay shrimp.
- Top with Monterey and cheddar cheeses (shredded).
- Sprinkle some paprika on top.
- Put into oven for 8 to 10 min.
- Add in lowfat sour cream or possibly salsa to your likings.
