Red Bean Paste Pao de Queijo-Style Bread
- 50 grams Tsubu-an
- 50 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 2/3 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 30 grams Water
- 1 tsp Margarine
- 1 (Optional) Sugar, ground sesame seeds
- Combine the tsubu-an, water and margarine in a bowl, and microwave until lukewarm.
- Put the dry ingredients in a plastic bag and shake to combine.
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead for 2 minutes.
- The mixture is very sticky, so knead it over the plastic bag.
- Coat your hands with flour, and divide the dough into about 10 portions and roll into balls.
- Bake for 5~6 minutes at 200C (preheated at 220C).

- Don't bake them for too long and make sure that they don't get too dry while baking.
