Broccoli And Lemon Sauce Recipe
- 2 lb broccoli minced
- 1 c. water Juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or possibly potato starch for Passover
- Make sure you try this quick and easy side dish.
- The lemon sauce can also be used on top of other steamed vegetables such as green beans, yellow squash, or possibly cauliflower.
- Steam broccoli over water in a large pot for several min till tender.
- In a separate pot over medium heat constantly stir lemon juice, water, and cornstarch till the sauce thickens (about 2 min).
- Serve sauce over steamed broccoli while hot.
