Oregon Shrimp Meat Ceviche

  1. Chop, mince and dice all ingredients that need to be.
  2. Combine everything in a nonreactive dish.
  3. Let all the flavors meld together at leas 4 hours.
  4. Serve on tostadas, tortilla chips or crackers.
