Brad's greek tomato appetizer
- 10 beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 olive oil
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1 fresh basil leaves
- 2 oz crumbled feta
- remove top and bottom of tomato so when cut in half they don't roll around
- cut tomatoes in half and arrange in a baking dish
- brush with olive oil
- put a sm slice of mozzarella on tomatoes
- put a lg basil leaf on top of that
- place a couple small crumbles of feta on top of that
- bake at 350 until tomatoes wilt a little and all cheese is melted.
