Pimento Cheese-With a Zip

  1. Cut pickles, and pimentos into small pieces.
  2. Grate cheeses.
  3. Juice lemon (use 1/2 of the whole lemon depending on your preference).
  4. Mix all of this together and add dashes of pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  5. Add 1/2 -3/4 cup mayo (depending on your love of may0).
  6. Mix all the ingredients together.
  7. Cover with Syran wrap and chill for a few hours.
  8. Serve on bread or with assorted crackers.
