Slow Cooker Caramelised Onions

• 2 whole Onions, Halved And Then Thinly Sliced
• 3 Tablespoons Oil
• 1 Tablespoon Caster Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoons Dried Thyme

1. Place all ingredients in a 3 1/2-litre slow cooker, and mix well.
2. Cook on high for 6 hours.
