Hearty Beef And Potato Casserole Recipe

• 4 c. frzn potato rounds
• 1 pound grnd beef
• 10 ounce. pkg. minced broccoli
• 1 can Durkee French fried onions
• 1 med. tomato, minced
• 1 can celery soup
• 1/3 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

1. Place potato rounds on bottom and sides of large baking dish and bake 15 min.
2. Brown grnd beef and drain.
3. Mix 1/2 can French fried onions with meat and all remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into cooked potato rounds.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
6. Top with remaining French fried onions.
