Cranberry Crystals

• 1 egg white
• 12 teaspoon water
• 1 cup fresh cranberries
• 1 cup sugar

1. Beat egg white and water lightly in a bowl until blended.
2. Dip cranberries in egg white mixture until completely coated,then roll in sugar.
3. Place on wax paper and let stand at room temperature until dry.
