Blue Cheese Treasure Burgers

  1. Mix minced garlic, slat and fresh parsley into ground beef.
  2. Form beef into eight patties.
  3. and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients and blend well.
  5. Spoon filling evenly on top of four of the burgers.
  6. Top with additional patties and pinch edges to seal.
  7. Grill patties until done.
  8. Place on buns and enjoy.
  9. Note: We usually top these burgers with a simple slice of onion, tomato and lettuce.
  10. A good grainy mustard goes well as does sauted mushrooms.
