Champinones Al Brandy

  1. Coat frying pan with olive oil (try to use as little as possible to coat, may be less than 1 tbsp).
  2. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Season with salt.
  4. Add mushrooms, sherry and brandy.
  5. Cook about 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
