All Purpose Dry Rub Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. onion pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp grnd sage
- 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cayenne optional
- Mix all ingredients together and store air tight for up to 8 weeks.
- NOTES : Use with beef, pork, chicken or possibly cheese.
- Makes 1/2 c..
