Easy Potato Skewers

  1. Prick potatoes with fork; place in 3-qt.
  2. microwaveable casserole.
  3. Add water; cover with lid.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min.
  5. or until potatoes are almost tender.
  6. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  7. Cool.
  8. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  9. Mix mayo, mustard and pepper in large bowl.
  10. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  11. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  12. Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  13. Thread potatoes onto 8 small metal skewers; brush with mayo mixture remaining in bowl.
  14. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  15. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 5 min.
  16. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with cheese.
