Smoked Meatloaf Burgers

  1. Set up your grill for Indirect Heat
  2. Soak the bread in milk (or wine) until the bread completely dissolve.
  3. Then mix all the remaining ingredients well, and place in a baking pan.
  4. Place over the drip pan on the grill and add wet Hickory wood chips.
  5. Cook at 350F for about 30 minutes, (until you have an internal temperature of 180F) you can add a layer of cheese the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest before cutting and servings.
