Spicy Lemon Chili Rice Noodle Soup (Gluten Free)

  1. Bring all ingredients except noodles to a boil in saucepan, stirring to dissolve and combine seasonings.
  2. Stir in broken rice noodles.
  3. Lower heat and simmer until noodles are done (10 to 15 minutes).
