Cranberry lemon oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, sliced or coarsely chopped
- 1 zest of one lemon, about 1/4 teaspoon
- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Put cranberries in jar with tight fitting lid.
- Pour olive oil over cranberries.
- Add lemon zest and salt.
- Close jar or container and shake vigorously.
- Let sit so flavors can blend, shaking vigorously every so often.
- Use within a few days.
- Enjoy!
- Use as a dip for bread, on salad, to roast veggies, or with chicken or fish.
