Colby Jack Red & Green Pepper Omelet

  1. Whisk egg product and water until blended.
  2. Cook and stir vegetables in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Add egg mixture to skillet; cover.
  6. Cook 6 min.
  7. or until center is almost set.
  8. Top half the omelet with vegetable mixture and cheese; fold in half.
  9. Cook, covered, 3 min.
  10. or until cheese is melted.
  11. Serve topped with salsa.
