Chicken Tortilla Soup
- 2 (6 ounce) cans white chicken meat or 2 (6 ounce) cans cooked chicken, deboned
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
- 1 (15 ounce) package tortilla chips
- monterey jack cheese, grated
- Mix all ingredients in a large pot and heat to serve.
- Its that easy and very delicious.
- Serve over chips and top with grated cheese (Do not drain any ingredients).
