No-Bake Energy Bites (Berry Chocolate and Cocoa Pecan)

  1. Empty all of the listed ingredients for the berry chocolate balls into a large bowl.
  2. With a large spoon or spatula, stir and fold until well combined.
  3. Do the same with the ingredients for the cocoa pecan balls.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove the bowls from the fridge.
  6. With a tablespoon or cookie scoop, scoop out enough to roll a ball that is approximately 2 inches wide and 2 inches tall.
  7. Place balls in a container and keep refrigerated.
