Frozen Peach Pops
- 5 medium peaches (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- Peel, pit, and cut into pieces: 5 medium peaches (about 2 1/2 cups).
- Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add: 1/2 cup white grape juice.
- Pour the pureed fruit into frozen pop molds or paper cups (with a wooden stick).
- Leave 1/2 inch of space at the top to allow the mixture to expand when freezing.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Gently pull the frozen pop out of the mold.
- Run the mold under hot water for a few seconds if necessary.
- Substitute 2 1/2 cups (about 2 pints) blueberries, strawberries, nectarines or plums for the peaches.
