Frozen Peach Pops

  1. Peel, pit, and cut into pieces: 5 medium peaches (about 2 1/2 cups).
  2. Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Add: 1/2 cup white grape juice.
  4. Pour the pureed fruit into frozen pop molds or paper cups (with a wooden stick).
  5. Leave 1/2 inch of space at the top to allow the mixture to expand when freezing.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Gently pull the frozen pop out of the mold.
  8. Run the mold under hot water for a few seconds if necessary.
  9. Substitute 2 1/2 cups (about 2 pints) blueberries, strawberries, nectarines or plums for the peaches.
