Easy Entomatadas (tomato enchiladas)

  1. If you like fry some tortillas in a skillet .
  2. The amount you would like to eat 6-10 with the sauce amount.
  3. Keep skillet on if all oil is done put a bit more a teaspoon.
  4. Take off the seeds of the jalapeno depending on how spicy it is.
  5. In a blender put the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
  6. (Except oil cheese, and tortillas).
  7. Place sauce on the skillet until it boils.
  8. Place a spoon of shredded cheese to a tortilla and roll it on a plate.
  9. When finished pour desired amount of sauce over them.
  10. (I like it drenched).
