Cod Steamed With Mushrooms

  1. Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cod, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the broth.
  4. Spread the mushroom ragout evenly over the fillets.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the fish is completely cooked, 8 to 10 minutes.
