Ranch Deviled Eggs With Creole Shrimps #RSC

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Toss shrimps with olive oil, lemon juice and Creole seasoning.
  3. Spread shrimps mixture in single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Broil for 3 minutes, turning halfway through, or until opaque.
  5. Halve eggs; place egg whites on a plate.
  6. Put egg yolks in a medium bowl; mash with potato masher.
  7. Stir in yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, mustard and 1 1/2 tablespoons chives.
  8. Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white cavities; top each with shrimp and garnish with remaining chives.
