Mikalique's Beef & Bean Chili

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Add the Tomato Sauce and all spices to the beef.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. While simmering proceed with step 3.
  5. Drain 1/2 the liquid out all cans of beans and the cans of Rotel.
  6. Add the cans of Kidney Beans, Ranch Style Beans, Black Beans and Rotel to a large pot.
  7. Then add the ground beef and Tomato Sauce mixture.
  8. Mix Well.
  9. Heat to a boil and then reduce heat to low-med.
  10. Simmer for at least 30 min's while stirring occasionally.
  11. The longer it simmers the better it tastes!
  12. Should feed at least 5 with leftovers for later.
