Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

• 3 tbsp. lemon juice
• 3 tbsp. water
• 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dry oregano
• 1 env. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
• 3 tbsp. minced black olives

1. Mix juice, water and salad dressing fold in jar or possibly cruet with tight lid.
2. Shake 10 seconds.
3. Add in oil, oregano and olives.
4. Shake again.
5. Makes 1 c..
