Pan Fried Sole w/ Panko

  1. Wash sole fillets then dredge in flour.
  2. Dip in egg/water wash then coat with Panko.
  3. Pan fry quickly on both sides.
  4. Serve with lemon and green onion for the grown ups, or ranch dressing for the kids!
  5. Great with rice pilaf, salad, carrot sticks (for the kids to use up the ranch dressing).
