Pan Fried Sole w/ Panko
- Sole Fillets
- Flour
- Egg Wash
- Panko
- Wash sole fillets then dredge in flour.
- Dip in egg/water wash then coat with Panko.
- Pan fry quickly on both sides.
- Serve with lemon and green onion for the grown ups, or ranch dressing for the kids!
- Great with rice pilaf, salad, carrot sticks (for the kids to use up the ranch dressing).
