Strawberry Cake
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
- 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 23 cup oil
- 12 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries (drained and mashed -save juice for frosting)
- 1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar
- 12 cup Crisco shortening
- 14-12 cup juice, from stawberrries
- Mix in order given.
- Bake at 350 F for 40 minute or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Icing: Mix together, gradually adding juice.
