Bruschetta with Peach Salsa and Melted Brie

  1. Preheat Broiler
  2. Mix all ingredients except baguette & brie.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Arrange bread slices in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Top each bread slice with 1 piece of cheese; broil 3 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
  6. Remove pan from oven.
  7. Top each bread slice with about 1 1/2 tablespoons salsa; serve immediately.
