Guacamole
- 3 whole Ripe Avocados
- 1 whole Ripe Medium Tomato
- 1/4 whole Red Onion, Medium
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro
- 1/2 whole Juice Of Lime
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
- Peel, pit, and mash the avocados, keeping one pit in the bowl to prevent browning.
- Finely dice the tomato and the onion and add to the avocado mixture.
- Finely slice 1/2 of a bunch of cilantro.
- Add the juice of 1/2 of a lime.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt.
- Stir all this together and taste.
- You may want to add some more salt to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Note: If your avocados are very firm, you can ripen them quickly by leaving them in your unheated oven with the light on overnight in a closed brown paper bag.
