Cheddar, Bacon and Potato Frittata
- 1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Spread potatoes onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with cheese, bacon and onions.
- Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.
- Add Miracle Whip and pepper; mix well.
- Pour over potato mixture.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until centre is set.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting into wedges to serve.
