Grilled Steak & Roasted Grape Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  3. dressing; brush evenly onto both sides of steak.
  4. Grill 5 min.
  5. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  6. Remove steak from grill; set aside.
  7. Spread grapes onto bottom of shallow rimmed pan; place on grill grate.
  8. Grill 3 min.
  9. or until roasted, stirring after 1 min.
  10. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  11. Top salad greens with peppers, grapes and remaining dressing.
  12. Place on platter; top with meat, cheese and basil.
