Grilled Steak & Roasted Grape Salad
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup seedless red grapes Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 fennel, cut in half
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- dressing; brush evenly onto both sides of steak.
- Grill 5 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
- Remove steak from grill; set aside.
- Spread grapes onto bottom of shallow rimmed pan; place on grill grate.
- Grill 3 min.
- or until roasted, stirring after 1 min.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Top salad greens with peppers, grapes and remaining dressing.
- Place on platter; top with meat, cheese and basil.
