Spicy Italian Soup

  1. Remove casing and chop sausages into bite sized pieces.
  2. Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch pieces and place in 6 quart stock pot.
  3. Pour chicken stock in with potatoes.Simmer on medium.
  4. While potatoes are cooking, cook sausage until no longer pink.
  5. Drain sausage and add to potatoes..
  6. Add chopped garlic, red pepper, and bacon to pot with potatoes and sausage
  7. Simmer on medium until potatoes are tender.
  8. About 20 minutes.
  9. Stir in cream and kale
  10. Cook for 10 minutes more.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
