Strawberry Preserve Muffins!

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease or spray muffin tins.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Melt butter.
  5. Add the milk, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
  6. Stir in the yogurt.
  7. Add this mixture to the flour mixture until moistened.
  8. Fill the muffin cups halfway.
  9. Put 1 teaspoon of preserves in the center of each muffin cup.
  10. Fill the cups with the remaining batter.
  11. Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes.
