Mabel's Hot Chicken Salad Recipe

• 3 hard boiled Large eggs, cut up
• 2 c. cut up chicken
• 1 c. diced celery
• 1 can liquid removed sliced water chestnuts
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• Amount to taste of minced onions
• 1 c. cooked rice
• 3/4 c. mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Mix everything but the topping together and put into 2 casserole dishes.
2. Bake 35 min in 350 degree oven.
3. Put topping on the last 15 min.
4. Serves 10- 18 (2 casseroles).
