Smoky Citrus Vinaigrette

• 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
• 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 cup canola oil
• 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Selects Smoked Uncured Bacon, chopped

1. Beat first 6 ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
2. Whisk in oil gradually until blended.
3. Stir in bacon.
