Almond Sandies

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add extract; mix well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
  4. Fold in almonds.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 300F (150C) for 22 to 24 minutes or until lightly browned.
