Delicious Healthy Banana Bread
- 1 12 cups rolled oats
- 12 cup Special K
- 4 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 teaspoons artificial sweetener
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 egg whites
- 4 teaspoons melted soft light margarine
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine rolled oats, Special K, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, and artificial sweetener in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk banana, egg whites, and margarine together in a small bowl until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Mix until moistened.
- Spray a loan pan with nonstick, fat-free cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, then invert pan to remove.
