Tri Color Cranberry Salad Recipe

  1. LAYER 1 (bowl one) - Lime Jello in 1 c. boiling water.
  2. When cold add in 1 can grapefruit sections and 2 tsp.
  3. sugar.
  4. LAYER 2 (bowl two) - In lemon Jello add in 1 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, add in 1 (9 oz) crushed pineapple and 1/4 c. minced pecans.
  5. LAYER 3 (bowl three) - In strawberry Jello add in 1 1/4 c. boiling water - when cold, add in 1 can cranberry sauce.
  6. Put the 3 dishes in refrigerator.
  7. Let set till Jello is set - not hard.
