Thai Chinese Style Noodles Recipe

  1. Fry broccoli, mushrooms and celery in vegetable oil till tender.
  2. Add in onion and garlic, then strips of meat.
  3. Cook about 5 min on each side.
  4. Add in sauces (fish, oyster, and soy) and about 1 Tbsp.
  5. of water, cover and simmer while noodles cook.
  6. When noodles are done, add in to mix and serve.
