Jen's Broccoli Salad - 5g Net Carbs
- 12 cup bacon piece (about 4 slices bacon)
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 14 cup Splenda granular
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, stems chopped, crowns separated into small florets
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except the broccoli.
- Mix well.
- Add broccoli pieces and mix well to coat.
- Refrigerate salad until serving time.
