Melsky's Super Easy Hot and Cold Taco Pie
- Frozen rolled tacos, defrosted and chopped up into half-inch chunks
- Canned black
- refried beans
- Fresh salsa
- Grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Avocados, sliced
- Sour cream, if desired
- Olives
- Cilantro
- Use a cassarole dish.
- Make the bottom layer out of the beans, then layer the cut up taco pieces, then place the cheese on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes at 450F or until it is bubbling hot.
- Serve imediately.
- Top with cold salsa, sour cream, olives, cilantro or whatever you wish.
