Miracle Salmon Roll-ups

  1. TRIM crusts from bread.
  2. Flatten with rolling pin to 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness.
  3. COMBINE salmon, Miracle Whip and dill and lemon juice.
  4. Place 1 heaping Tbsp (15 mL) filling along one end of bread.
  5. Roll up and cut in half.
  6. PLACE on ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Brush with butter; sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Bake at 350F (180C) for 15 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve warm.
