Wonton Soup

  1. In a medium pot, combine the broth, rice wine, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  2. Heat to simmering, then add the bok choy and wontons.
  3. Continue to simmer until the bok choy is just crisp and the wontons are just heated through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Ladle into heated bowls and sprinkle with the scallions.
