Wonton Soup
- 6 cups Oriental Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1 teaspoon dark Oriental sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 large bok choy leaf, sliced on an angle
- 20-30 Turkey Wontons , cooked
- 2 scallions, green and white parts, thinly sliced
- In a medium pot, combine the broth, rice wine, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Heat to simmering, then add the bok choy and wontons.
- Continue to simmer until the bok choy is just crisp and the wontons are just heated through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Ladle into heated bowls and sprinkle with the scallions.
