Definitely Divine Cheesy Chili Potoato Dip #5FIX
- 3 cups Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 8 ounces brick cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Cook Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns to package directions.
- In a medium microwave safe bowl combined chili and cream cheese.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir to combine and return to microwave for 2 more minutes.
- Add hash browns and corn to cheese and chili mixture.
- Stir to combine and microwave for one minute.
- Serve with your favorite chips or veggies and enjoy!
- Note: This can be eaten right away but is best left to refrigerate over night.
- Note: This can also be lightened up by using Neufchatel cheese and low fat chili.
