Spicy Panfried Tomatoes

  1. Slice tomatoes into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Mix flour, salt, cumin and pepper.
  3. Coat tomato slices with flour mixture.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Add tomato slices and fry, turning once, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
