Grown-up Roll-up

  1. Spread wrap evenly with goat cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, toss remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread them on the lower half of the wrap, and roll wrap tightly toward the cheese-only side.
  4. If time permits, wrap in foil or plastic wrap and chill several hours.
  5. Otherwise, slice in half and serve immediately.
