Oven Barbecued Ribs
- 4 lbs pork ribs
- garlic salt
- 12 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 cup ketchup
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- Cut ribs into serving pieces and sprinkle well with garlic salt.
- Mix together rest of ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
- Pour mixture over ribs and bake at 325F for 2-1/2 hours.
