Cappuccino Truffles

• 2 tbsp. instant coffee
• 2 tbsp. orange juice
• 2 tbsp. brandy flavoring
• 7 oz. marshmallow creme
• 3 cups crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 tbsp. orange peel
• 2 tbsp. cocoa
• 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
• Coconut, to coat truffles

1. Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavoring.
2. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer.
3. Add crumbs, pecans and peel.
4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
5. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and powdered sugar.
6. Roll remaining balls in coconut.
7. Chill.
