Chunky Toblerone* Biscuits
- 125g butter, softened
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 egg
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 x 100g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate or Dark Chocolate (or a combination of the 3), broken into pieces
- Beat the butter, sugar and coffee mixture until well combined.
- Add the egg, beat until thick and creamy.
- Fold through the flour and cocoa until just combined.
- Place spoonfuls onto a lined oven tray, and press a triangle of Toblerone* into the top of each.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack.
